Thank you for shopping with Anya's Universe. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Items Since every item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guides before placing an order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate and assist.
