2. Products All products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping We ship globally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds All sales are final on made-to-order items. Refunds or replacements are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items reported within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Anya's Universe and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Anya's Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
