Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our print-on-demand partner. Carrier selection (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) depends on your location and the product ordered.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping & Customs We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@anyasuniverse.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
